This absolutely gorgeous vintage berry or dessert set is the ultimate in shabby chic! The beaded and ruffled edges is so romantic cottage!

This set is Heisey's (No. 1225)Plain Band or Sawtooth Band pattern, circa 1898 before Heisey used a mark. The large bowl measures 9 inches across and stands 3 1/2 inches tall. The five small bowls measure1 1/2 inches tall and 4 inches across.

This set was originally trimmed in gold, but there is only a remnant of it left. Still, quite charming. The large bowl is missing 2 of its beads. Two of the smaller bowls are each missing a bead. (this is all I can find, but they are very hard to see.) Three of the small bowls have chips out of the bottom rim. Not noticeable when on the table.

Despite its flaws, this set really is gorgeous and shows well. It would look picture-perfect with raspberries and whipped cream!!
